Ordered a Vid card they cancelled the order after charging my card. this is what they sent me. (Keep in mind I just moved In December and purposely called my bank and changed all my Info for the new address in December. Not pleased. I have never been treated like this trying to purchase and item. They are very unprofessional in my opinion.) Hello, Unfortunately, we were unable to verify your name, phone number, and/or shipping address with your credit card provider and in order to protect against credit card fraud have cancelled and refunded your order. Due to privacy regulations, your provider was unable to notify us as to what information did not match, so we do not know exactly what needs to be updated. Please contact your credit card provider and ensure that your name, phone number, and the address that you would like to ship to is on your file. Many credit card providers are capable of having multiple "ship to" addresses on file, so you may not have to change your primary address, just add additional information. Once the information is updated with your credit card provider, you can submit a new order for the items you were attempting to purchase. Alternatively, you can also submit your new order with the correct name, phone number, and billing address that is currently on file with your credit card provider to ensure a greater chance of success. If you are making a replacement order on the same day and notice that pricing has changed on any of the items, please contact our support team and we'll do our best to offer you the previous price, though we can not guarantee it in all cases. **Please Note** While we have already initiated the refund to your card, it may take 2-3 business days to appear depending on your bank. Unfortunately, merchant processing companies are quick to process funds and slow to put them back. We also accept PayPal and email money transfers which have different, and often more relaxed address verification criteria. Mike's Computer Shop does not directly store any customer credit card information as we rely on information from credit card processing companies to assess fraud & we are at the mercy of information that we are provided. I bought my part from their website, Except for a small mix up where I had to contact support to get my tracking number it was a smooth experience and I will be likely to recommend them in the future.
